Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HMF-IT UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Parkstr. 31, 49080 Osnabrück, Germany, phone +49 151 16507778, email hi@hmf-address.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the model withdrawal form below or our online withdrawal function for this, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction (PayPal), unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. On withdrawal, the licence key becomes invalid.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation on a durable medium (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB, German Civil Code). We ask for this consent on the order page; the confirmation is in the order email.
